Confuse with the WHMCS (Billing System)


You may place your new order by using below steps:

STEP 1: Go to

STEP 2: Under Quick Navigation, click Order

STEP 3: Under Browse Product & Services choose your Product

STEP 4: Click Order Now on your preferred package

STEP 5: Enter your existing/preferred domain name (if any) & click Continue

STEP 6: Choose your Billing Cycle, Configurable Options (if any) & Add-ons (if any)

STEP 7: Click Update Cart
– Shopping Cart will appear to display your order item

STEP 8: Enter the Voucher Code (if any) and click Validate Code

STEP 9: Click Checkout

STEP 10:

* If you are an existing client, kindly follow below steps:
1.  Under Your Details, please click “Already Registered? Click here to login
2.  Under Existing Client Login, enter your Username and Password

* If you are a new client, please fill in your details

STEP 11: Choose Payment Method, add Notes and tick “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service

STEP 12: Click Complete Order

Additional Information

If you wish to order Add-on item such as Dedicated IP, kindly follow below steps:
Note:- You may also use this steps if you already log in to the Billing System.

STEP 1: Go to

STEP 2: Under Client Login, enter the username and password

STEP 3: Click Login

STEP 4: Go to Order and choose your Product/Service under Browse Product & Services

STEP 5: Follow STEP 4 to 11 (excluding STEP 10) as per stated above (Workaround).
